Google Bad Review 1: I had experience with many climbing centre around london and never felt more unwelcome.For sure it was my first and last visit.You should mark it on your webside that you doing interrogations from the knowledge – its just ridicolous – its not a school questioning. English is not my mother tongue and it was very problematic to know the words with I never using in my everyday life .It should be on your webside that you will make a test of knowledge and we should learn what you going to ask. I understand the safety but you should just say it to the new visitors what they should or shouldnt do and that would be enough. Iam very introvert person and it literally make me cry – if not my friend I would just go back home and not even bother to stay with you. It was very stresful experience and I wish I never came. I will back to westway climbing centre – they are very welcoming and no rude !

Google Bad Review (2): Not a place I would recommend if you are not an experienced climber. Has a bit of a “ghetto feeling”. Seems that the regulars receive a friendly welcome but is quite rude to new joiners. Also really not a place to go to with children – staff made me and my 6 year old feel very unwelcome
