Google Bad Review 1: I am a club member have been for many years. Usually our stays a pleasant, however on our last visit in October with members of my family, one being a 4 year old child with learning difficulties, we encountered rudeness and lack of transparency. On going for breakfast on the Sunday we sat for 20 minutes before we found out the chef had not turned up for duty. The little boy boy likes sausages for breakfast and it was impossible to make him understand that he would have to have a cereal. I asked if someone could cook him some and was told they didn't know where the sausages were! I pointed out we had paid for full breakfast and that apart from being unacceptable, we didn't think it unreasonable for someone to cook three sausages. Because I insisted a member did eventually do two sausages which took half an hour, she almost threw them on the table without a word. Very very disappointing service, if it wasn't for the convenience and location I would cancel my mmembership
