Google Bad Review 1: Terrible manager, very poor communication, even when mistakes are made she does not know how to deal/ de-escalate with customer (unlike her existing employees who knows how to) acts like its a reality TV show would not recommend! better off around corner at puregym no stress, no hidden contract terms to try catch you out and more equipment available unlike this gym. As a added note you must obey her commands otherwise you get banned.

I am sure when there is mistakes made you do not expect management to say ” okay I will sort it out but after this I don't want to see your face again” then proceed to act like its reality show kissing her teeth and all sorts and bringing attention to the situation (check CCTV). there was no misogyny that is laughable ever heard of accountability?? in your reply there is no hint of any investigation (check CCTV). There was tall (white man) employee that was beside me (de-escalated it, he was calm and well mannered and he instantly understood situation and resolved it, I think he should be the manager), he witnessed how it escalated by your manager being rude and having no customer service and proceeds to talk like she is black girl stating ” I am done out here” whilst screaming “get out my gym(talk about composure and customer service when the whole reason i came down was to make sure it stayed cancelled *The irony* ).
I think you need consider who you hire in front of house. Your black employee stated to me the young boy (who signed me up) did the same mistakes with not telling customers of pro-rota direct debit charges and the fact he did not explain I can only cancel by email when in fact I cancelled in person well in advance when my membership did not even begin ( my membership suppose start 24 days later from the date I signed on) and yet they already started charging me ( no other gym does this, except this gym I suppose)
in this whole episode I never painted myself as victim but clearly the arrogance displayed by your manager and owner response clearly paints the picture for everyone to see, check the camera you will see for yourself who escalated the situation( throwing her hands about in my face) before you state “misogynistic” as I am not one.
Stay far away from this gym unless you like hidden surprises and want to be locked into a contract which they can turn around state at anytime ” Terms and conditions”. if you also like to wait for one weights machine per muscle group and be charged high membership fee just because we are niche type gym and we are “different” “Urban” and “Kool” then please do go ahead join this joke of gym. if you prefer to work out in peace and have no contract that you can cancel at anytime without having to email in then go somewhere else.

Google Bad Review (2): Management can be cheesy/ cheeky if you ask for a termination to your membership in your 30 days notice period.
Worst possible gym experience!!
But except some super friendly staff like JJ and Amani who’s second to non in customer service.
I found it difficult that management did not fix steam room for THREE MONTHS ♂️, yet carried on charging their membership full fees as normal, while steam is a part of the package.
I BELIEVE THAT A DUTY OF CARE IS OWED BY TBL TO ALL THE PREMIUM PACKAGE MEMBERS WITH A THREE MONTHS COMPENSATION!
And if you ask for a solution they send in undercover security to intimidate you while you are having a session.
