Google Bad Review: The most terrible experience in our life. Rented apartment through TheAddress that was advertised furnished, promised to be professionally cleaned and in good condition. On the day of moving in the flat was completely dirty, with lots of non-working bits, and unfurnished. After complaining to the agency, they rejected to solve any of the problems. And only after very long conversation started to deal with problems. During the first month they have not solved all of them. Even worse, we found a huge hole in the wall behind in-build kitchen furniture that is the source of mice in the flat. The agency still rejects to solve any issues and ask us to pay for every repair. Just a rip off, don't use their services.
