Google Bad Review 1: I am not sure how they have so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I do not have many nice things to say about them. They take forever to respond, I have not even spoken to my accountant once in this entire time. They leave VAT submissions to the last minute and go on holiday and don't pass on or complete the work; so one needs to chase them to ensure they submit it. I actually don't know what value my accountant adds to me as it is causing me more work, headache and pain. Their admins don't know who is working on what. And the accountancy software that they are promoting is also severely flawed that it is better to manually type in all the entries. As a result, they then try to upsell to you their bookkeeping services. Not sure who is running this company but it is not professional at all.

They have an excellent Trustpilot rating. Is that mean, that they provide an excellent service?
Absolutely not! I think they have paid a lot of money for google adverts, email marketing, etc., maybe for the reviews too?
I was fooled to be tempted too for their perfect reviews!
If you have a small business, please do not sign up! They do not care about your business; they care about their invoices! You are just the number in their metrics…
Their accountants do not even listen to what you say and what you expect…
They have no clue of how to do it accounting properly. Over staff, not communicate to each other. Most of the promises on their adverts are false!
Not even informed my previous accountant, that I have moved to them…
They are very proactive at the beginning, but then you will get a lot of emails from different people in their organisation, and you will end up confused and misinformed.
PLEASE READ THEIR SPAMMY EMAILS! YOU WILL FIND A LOT OF HIDDEN THINGS THERE
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY COULD BE AT RISK!
THEY HAVE DONE MISCALCULATIONS ON MY ACCOUNT FOR OVER 8K!!!
My panic is over, I have paid money for something that is not even being looked at properly…
Yes, I have paid… They were chasing me and then threatening me with legal action!
I think I should go to the court to prove all these above, but? I am a small business, which wants to focus on more important things, so I decided to do not to waste my time in the court and with these guys…
Your business and your decision but look first on someone's genuine experience.
I will share this opinion on other small business forums to give you a vision of what to expect from their messy service.
