Google Bad Review: I called them 28 november told them that i am interested in to rent one of their house which was worth £1300 in southgate and they asked me arround 10 question regarding who i am , what job i am doing , income , how many people etc.. which is fine for me to answer.. After they satisfied with my answers they gave me an appointment on 1st december which i attend and view the house. I told them i liked the house i would like to start proccess and give my accountant details as i am busy man and i dont wanna loose time. They then told me we will speak lanlord which is a local lady on monday and come back to you. On monday 3th dec. They didnt call me. On tuesday i called them and i have been told that the lanlord want to meet on next saturday face to face which is weird but i said ok. On 8.December i went there and i saw the lanlord was sitting arround the table with one of the guy as well as other tenant candidates and drinking teas. I got annoyed a bit as it was not the correct way to deal. You cant just bring all the people and spoke next to each other. I heard all the conversation what they were talking about. Finally the turn was ours. The landlady started to ask same questions again and again. She told me my job and my brothers job, income, how many people, why i am moving southgate etc. And i answered that i am civil engineer and my brother is architect and we run our own company, we have enough income to proof. Lanlord said, so you dont have stable income. What the hell is this ? It is a house only worth £1300 a month which i have well over more income than what they ask. You are not renting a castle. That is not the way u judge people. If you wanna see the proof u will ask details and letters etc. Not leave it to the poor lanlords hand and let them ask weird questions. That is not professional at all. You dont know if i earn a milion or half or a thousand a month.
Anyway , finally they told me they are going to call me on monday and let me know the decision about the castle they rent.
On monday they didnt call me again. I was really annoyed this time. I called them on 11th of december tuesday and they told me the lanlord thinks that you are too many people ( me , my brother and my wife ) in one house and she thinks if my brother will have a gf one day it will be 4 . I told them it is not your business if my brother will have a gf but even if he will he will get another house not live with me . What the stupid reason is that. I told them u knew we were going to move 3 person from first day anyway. Why you are wasting my time since than. They waste 13 days of my life. I rejected few houses which they were ready to start , just because i like this house more.
Sump up, i would never reccommend this type of unprofessional agency if your time is important to you. They usally have 1 or 2 houses on market and they have lot time to play arround. They dont know and try to know who they are speaking either and see everyone potential homeless. Sorry to say this but Only my car worth 5 years of rental value of this house. I have been running my business since 7 years and i am giving salaries to the people. I rent many places and become guarantor for many people and never seen any unproffesional company like this.
