Google Bad Review: I received both Botox and lip filler here in the same appointment. I will give 5 stars for the Botox but unfortunately 1 (or zero) stars for the lip filler. Although the trainer and trainee were both very nice, I felt like the trainer rushed the procedure, jabbing at my lips extremely quickly. The entire process was done in less than a minute. I began to swell almost immediately after (and I mean massive swelling as if I had 3 or 4ml in there when I had only 1ml injected). It was extremely painful and the swelling was very embarrassing (think any botched lip filler photo). Thank god we were all working from home otherwise I would’ve had to call in sick for at least 3 days afterwards. I was also left with significant bruising which persisted for about a week. I have had lip filler from a different training clinic in the past and was back to work the very next morning with little to no swelling or bruising whatsoever. My previous injector seemed to take things very slowly and methodically, taking about 15-20min total to complete all four lip quadrants. My lips are now also VERY bumpy!! My top lip has one large lump of filler which hangs quite low down toward the end of my tooth. The bottom lip is just pure bumps all the way across. I did not call the clinic to request a redo as I could not fathom having to go through the extreme swelling again so I am just trying to let the filler dissolve over time. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this clinic.
