Google Bad Review: I don't normally write reviews but my experiene was so bad I had to. Worst experience I have ever had in a Thai restaurant in the UK! The service was poor, staff totally ignored us. I had to ask for a drink, to place an order, for the bill twice. The staff were busy in the back talking to other members of staff. When I complained about the food floating in oil and grease. My waitress took my plate and shouted to the staff in the kitchen in Thai. Again when I queried why my main was still on the bill as I returned a full plate of food, I was told we gave you £3 off as you ate all the prawns. Did you want us to remove the item from your bill……ahh yes! Again, my waitress shouted in Thai to the kitchen staff.I know it was the hottest day of the year but clearly they need to review how they speak to customers. Very unsatisfied customer, I should have visited the Vietnamese restaurant next door!!! PS I gave one star as I did not have the option to give 0 stars!!!
