Google Bad Review 1: In the customer self service section the lady waiting on customers to help us acted like it wasn't her job!
She exaled a huge puff of air as if exasperated at my question whether I could tap my number of my clubcard in the till as it wasn't scanning.
She did explain in a rather rude way to move the clubcard closer, in my defence; it's worked plenty of times prior at the distance I was putting the card at prior and I do feel a bit daft at not thinking that, however, giving my money to a corporate I do not expect such bad service and feeling a “bit daft” leaving this establishment.
The lady said her name was Fayzer or some such, quite rude!
Edit: walking through the Tesco security I noticed the gates bleeped, thought nothing of it as I only got cheese, potatoes and a bag for life. Went to another shop walked through the security gates and they bleeped, a bit weird! Standing at a bus stop and realise the security tag hasn't been taken off the bag for life!
Absolute despicable service if I could revoke my star I would and leave no stars at all!
