Google Bad Review 1: Booked them to do a clean of 2 bathrooms, 1 we, kitchen and living room. They gave quote of £270 for these five rooms which is high but I am an estate agent and understand this is an end of tenancy clean so will be higher cost but also better quality, or it should be better quality.
Cleaners came at 10, left at 2. Cleaned the kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Didn’t even run a hoover through the hallway. Called me at 1.30 saying almost done.
I then get home to find at living room hasn’t been touched, hallways not hoovered. So in 4 hours two people cleaned 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and charged me £270
Overall this company offered poor service, average clean and very expensive.
