Google Bad Review 1: If you are trying to donate furniture to this charity do not BOTHER!! they want onlytonly NEW things resale and are not after any good furniture that will go to a good home. They wasted our time and next time we would not make the same mistake. I wanted to warn people not to do the same.

Google Bad Review (2): Echoing what Melosh said. We decided to donate some furniture, attached pictures clearly showing its condition for the drivers to then come on the day and refuse to take them and then gave us the option of paying £100 for them to take it off us. Utter jokers, don't waste your time.
They also came inside without any masks on.
