Google Bad Review 1: I was mislead by the 5stars rating and decided to go with taxaccolega for my accounts last October 2019.
The most painful and expensive experience of my life!
Firstly , I had to pay upfront £2300 for Taxaccolega to do my self assessment (£1056) and had to pay in ADVANCE for them to prepare my accounts for my company ( I became a company in February 2019) .
I believed it was the normal fees and process until I asked around and realised that it was NOT!!
Taxaccolega should have NEVER charged me for my company, they basically scammed me!
Taxaccolega use people ignorance in the accountancy field to rip their clients off!
Not only that, the staff is inefficient ( apart from Mo), Faisal in particular is dismissive, ignorant and not friendly at all.
He kept on saying “don’t worry about it” when I asked him questions rather than explain to me.
As it happened , I was right to be “worried” about what he was doing as he wasn’t doing it right!
He made few basic school boy error despite me sending him emails to remind him to add an expense he had not added.
Nabeel the director is more professional and knowledgeable however when I decided to leave Taxaccolega as per the poor services and the expensive & unjustified cost involved (£140/month ), it is very disappointing to see Nabeel apply an initial “meeting fees” of £150 which was never discussed nor agreed!!
The staff, when communicating with each other don’t speak English which is very frustrating when dealing with YOUR own accounts, and I had to physically seat down with a member to do my own sel assessment!
Also when communicating via email rather than signing their names they sign “TAL team” which is taking away accountability and feel very impersonal.
Not only that, Faisal has made a huge error on my expenses and submitted my form!
He’s not apologised once for his repetitive mistakes.
As a result, i intend to contact ACCA and make a formal complaint.
DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE FOR ANY ACCOUNTS THE NOTHSL PROCESS IS TO PAY MONTHLY.
The normal fees for self assessment accounts ( sole trader ) is no more than £25/month and for limited company £75.
