Google Bad Review 1: Extremely poor after sales service
I purchased a bed and mattress last year. The mattress was defective (something the shop themselves have agreed was the case) but the process of getting a new one was appalling poor.
I first went back to the shop in late March about the issue and it took repeated visits and phone calls (and not all staff are pleasant) to finally get it sorted in June. Thats 3 months being left with a defective product plus the added hassle of constantly getting in touch to get things moving.
I can understand why there are so many great reviews up here as one member of the staff there is very polite but once there is a problem with the item its very difficult to get it sorted. Knowing what i know now, I would not have purchased anything from this store.

Let's clarify why it took until May for me to order a replacement mattress.
When I visited your store about the original problem, you asked for photos, which I provided and you told me you would be touch. I heard nothing back, so I followed up again and this time you asked if you could visit my home and inspect the mattress which I accommodated. Again, I heard nothing back and I had to follow up with you via phone and I had to call into your shop on numerous occasions. This took the whole month of April for you decided to remedy the issue. This was your delay not mine.
In terms of delivery. I got a call in May that offered me a single option of a Tuesday morning to deliver the mattress which I could not do. I was not offered any other delivery dates. Again, two weeks later I called the store and got a very rude response from a member of staff that simply had no interest in the fact this issue was going on for 2.5 months. I was told delivery would be arranged and that I would receive a phone call. Again, nothing. I had to call again to arrange a delivery. This is all your delay and not mine.

Google Bad Review (2): I ordered a king size bed and a mattress from Taurus Pine Beds, that was a nightmare! First, the quality of bed is so terrible bad, it makes big noise when you move on the bed, the bed also have very week support, when you on the bed, the mattress will be a basin. Secondly, their furniture has very strong vanish smell, I couldn’t stay in the room for a couple of weeks. Finally, the retailer is not honest, they said they will assemble it on website, but they didn’t assemble the bed for me. The bed is designed so stupid, you need some power tools to complete that. I surely to say that the cheapest IKEA bed is much better than their bed! Do not buy their bed and mattress.
