Google Bad Review 1: Scam! Beware!
Extremely unprofessional service. I called up earlier in the week to make an appointment to have both ears pierced. The receptionist seemed both confused and lackadaisical (Not a great front of house person that instills confidence for a place specialising in body modifications), but was able to confirm with her over the phone twice about the price involved.
Come the morning of the appointment after making my way in to the studio and making sure I pulled cash out prior, I arrived only to be told the price was actually much higher than confirmed on the phone. Scam!
What was worse, was then speaking to the manager who tried to convince me I was wrong and had the wrong information…unprofessional . (if i had been told the right price and knowing that not sure why I would be angry at that point??). Further, the manager made absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation, make the customer happy or even apologise even for the confusion.
However all might have been solved if they just put their piercing price list online….
Guys fix your customer service..
If you want ear piercings id recommend Mistque piercing boutique in Dalston instead – great reviews and cheaper pricing.

Pharmacy piercings. a quarter of the price at Mr BEES.
*Also guys look through their reviews its seems this problem has happened a few times…

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible time keeping skills. told me to come for 6pm to just have a piercing taken out, which they originally put in too tight (very quick procedure), but when i got there, the useless receptionist told me it would be another hours wait, therefore wasting my time.
She shouldn't have told me to come if she knew they did not have enough staff to facilitate more than one customer at a time.
