Google Bad Review 1: Rather disappointed today as we have been going there over last 10 years.
We gave a starters order and then add a additional starter and this then turned up before the other order. Then I noticed after being chased on where the other dishes were. She then replaced them. Drinks a little over top and food not there best tonight.
Service charge now added to be final bill at 10%. Not impressed. I come from the USA…a tip yes is customary but I felt today it was not deserved. Going to be a very long time if I come back. Going down hill I am sorry to say.

Google Bad Review (2): Service poor and slow. After speaking to the manager, I was told I could leave but had to pay for the full meal even though we had just had a starter. This was a great place in the past but, has lost its charm and service.
