Google Bad Review: I was very disapointed with the agency's service. I rented a property with them that had no working sewage system, no hot water, no heating, severe leaks and infiltration and rats! I didn't notice the problems before going to the house and was naif enough not to test water and heating 🙁
I had to break the contract and leave the property because I couldn't stay with rats. The staff was completly apathetic and only when the director of the company got involved I managed to get some stuff sorted. The deposit of the house was only registed with Deposit Protection Scheme on the day I left (rather than on the day I joined the property), which meant that the DPS locked my deposit for a further month and I couldn't have my money to pay for another rental deposit.
I had to pay for a full month's rent anyway and I never knew who my landlord was.
So many nightmares and such a terrible service that I would stay completely away from this agency forever… 🙁
