Google Bad Review 1: On my 3rd visit, the receptionist had no clue about the tan enhancing products and gave me an accelerator that burnt me badly on the sun bed (after only having 9 minutes). The owner came and was very dismissive about it as if not to take any responsibility. However i was asked to place Good Reviews and get a discount in future. No Thank You.

Google Bad Review (2): AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Barely “welcomed” by a RUDE Scottish/Irish woman at reception. It was a huge issue that me and my friend interrupted her personal call by entering the tanning shop – her “welcoming” look said it all. The fact that we had just one account (because we don't live in the area so there was no point registering both of us) really hacked her off. We tried to explain to her that we have 20 mins pre paid under 1 account, she raised her voice by saying “You CANNOT go at the same time because you only bothered to make one account”…I said that it's not a problem – we will go one by one. The day before, there was a really lovely, welcoming Arabic guy who explain everything to us about their sunbeds and tanning products, he also mentioned that there are more sunbed”s” upstairs so when we asked her if we can go to the upstairs lay-down beds, she answered to me like I'm a complete imbecile “It's NOT possible as there is only one sunbed!”. That is when I got close to her LOW level and said “Ok calm down, it's my second time here and we only used the stand up bed behind you”. I didn't want to carry on talking to such an unpleasant person, I just went on the bed upstairs. During that time, she spoke to my friend with the most racist, awful attitude (her review will be posted after mine). The receptionist was explaing to my friend that it's easier if she makes her own account to which my friend replied “I do not live in the UK”, the receptionist replied “Ah yeah, I can tell you're not British…”. I was SHOCKED when my friend told me. Honestly, I have NEVER in my entire life dealt with such a nasty “customer service” person.
Also the shop looks really old, smells of burnt skin and is ridiculously expensive £15 for 10 mins. They offer you a discount to leave a positive review…you'd have to be seriously desperate – it's a dirty place with rude staff and old sunbeds that barely make you pink.
The only positives are that the Arabic guy (day before) was very friendly and there is music playing on the sunbeds.
Overall I would AVOID this awful place and go to the tanning shop NEXT DOOR!!!
