Google Bad Review 1: When we came to do the initial tour we noticed they operated like a well organized business (which we liked). The staff were polite, the place was clean, had a visual appeal, good amenities and was in genearal ready for kids. I've sent my 2y9m son and mum to do the settiling in but after two days (2h each) my son said he wouldn't go back there and mum said that she wouldn't leave him there alone. The reasons they gave were this: no activities arranged, kids are expected to be quiet and sit which is boring- kids need movement and are unhappy and cry if they don't, there is too much attention given to the visual side of the nursery (making decorations, posters) rather than to the kids. Emily (the manager) said that we would have to send Ivo for at least one month to be able to recover the deposit due to the one month notice requirement. We didn't want to waste any more time so we just let it go.
