Google Bad Review: If you a carer, DO NOT WORK FOR TAILSTER. I took some bookings through them back in November 2019. They still have not paid me over a year and a half later.
Given one of the reasons they use to justify their eye-watering 20% commission for what is essentially a hosting site is safeguarding payments, I am sorely disappointed with my experience. Particularly given I can see other carers have had the same issue.
Not to mention – the site and the app are terribly designed and barely functional.
