Google Bad Review 1:  My boyfriend and I popped in during Christmas eve to get our wedding finger measured. The shop was empty and there was 3 female staff present. We approached one lady and asked about having our finger measured. She then called over to her colleague to ask if she could do the measuring instead, which her colleague replied “no can so and so do it” in which the third lady looked rather fed up and annoyed to be asked. The third lady said she cannot measure our finger until we know what ring we want. We was happy to look at some rings, but we just wanted a good idea of our size, that's all we wanted. We just felt like we was putting them out and it was all to much effort for them. The shop was empty yet they couldn't manage a ring measurement. There was no polite customer service at all, it was shocking, I have never been treated like that in any store before. We just walked out and went to a small jewellers along the high street who was so kind and helpful and had smiles on their faces.
The ladies at Fhinds clearly did not want to be there on Christmas eve or want our custom. Will never return.

Google Bad Review (2):  My wife dropped my watch in for a new battery and re-seal on 21st September , expected it back 13th October. No call from shop to say it was not back.
No call during this week. Just visited the shop to collect the watch, still not back but new charge of £85. because the battery had leaked. No apologies for not phoning to tell me this.
Local Hinds is rubbish and wouldn't recommend.
