Google Bad Review:  It's been more than a month since we've reported the water valve issue on our boiler however we're still waiting for a solution. Meanwhile the water waste is getting worse and worse. Question: Who's going to pay for that? It is ridiculous the waiting time for such a major problem. The excuse it's been the same over the last 30 days… “We've been waiting for the valve to be delivered”. I wonder if the valve is coming from Mars considering the long waiting???

We're absolutely disgusted by the way we've been treated by your agency with regards to any and every issue we've had so far in this property.

It's also been more than a year since we've reported a sudden and unexplained breaking of our coocker glass however nobody came to even investigate the issue claiming that “as long as the cooker is working, it's fine”. I'm sorry to say NO, it's just not fine as this could cause fire or who knows any other incident in the property or in the whole building.
