Google Bad Review 1:  Treatments were fine but availability and flexibility of appointments extremely frustrating. Even booking 8-10 weeks in advance they couldn't offer an appointment out of standard working hours. I had to cancel one appointment because of a death in my family, and then had to cancel a second one due to an unavoidable work situation – they charged me full price for the second cancellation. I understand the need to be stringent as cancelled appointments can cause problems for any business but this felt overly harsh, especially given I had paid upfront for a course, and had only booked an appointment in working hours because of their lack of availability. Overall a very frustrating experience.
