Google Bad Review (2):  Went to these guys for the first time after checking their reviews, after running some apparent tests to establish fault for £80.00 give or take, the battery was found to be the culprit, subsequently a supposedly new battery was installed (although I have not checked under the hood yet to see if this is the case since the car was picked up), the entire cost to run a test for £80.00 and have the battery installed (not rocket science) rocketed to £403.00 for the work, to add to insults they didn't even provide a service report for the work done other than their word of mouth over the phone. got absolutely robbed and will not be returning to these guys again, I would steer clear if I was you, sour taste as a first time customer.

5 weeks later and my car still no better than what it was before handing my trust to these cowboys, I could not trust them to fix the problem again, so thankfully my local mechanic who usually does the work on my car took time out to pinpoint the real issue which was related to the faulty wiring to the battery and my car now hums like it’s found new life after their top notch work and I might add an absolute fraction of the cost to what it would have had I’d gone back to these guys and yes the battery was never the issue but got yo take a hit from time to time I guess and to answer the invoice question this was never offered when I arrived to collect my car and you’ve only sent the invoice after I left these reviews.
