Google Bad Review 1: Went in for an mot, was told it needed windscreen wipers
Guys logged my car on the government website as failed but as soon as I agreed to pay for them suddenly it passed
However he didn’t have the wipers in stock
Was told to come back the next which I did only for them to have ordered the wrong wipers
Then I had another phone call saying to come back as they now have the right ones only to find out that no one was there to fit them despite it only being 1.30pm
So went home again to go back for another time
Four time lucky my wiper blades are fitted
Don’t use this garage if you don’t have a week to spare as that is how long it took to do a simple five minute job

Google Bad Review (2): If I could do 0 starts, I would. AVOID. Having taken their details off of BEST OF BROMLEY, 3 weeks ago I booked my car in for a full service and MOT to be done this morning. I arranged a day off work and the garage agreed to work on my car first thing and that I should arrive at 8.30am. Dropped the car off this morning and hung around the area till just before 11.30am. Returned to the garage to check on progress, only to be told that it was in the diary as described but that they had forgotten and hadn't even started on my car and could not give me a time as to when it might be done – oh and an offer to rebook (which would necessitate another day off work). The least I would have expected was a huge apology and an assurance that they would do it immediately. What a poor and unprofessional response. Had to take the car away as I have a disabled child who will need collecting later. DO NOT USE – BREAK PROMISES AND ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. will be notifying BEST OF BROMLEY.
