Google Bad Review 1:  Have used these guys a few times. Generally no problems. I rented a van last month which looked like it had been dropped off a cliff. It still drove, so I took it. When it went dark it turned out one of the headlights wasn't working, which was scary to say the least.

I mentioned this when dropping the vehicle off and then followed up with an email and have had no response since from the company.

Google Bad Review (2):  Poor customer service. Due to convenience I have rented 3 times in the last 4 months in all and every occasion there was something peculiar in the way they manage customer service.
On the first instance they almost reject my proof of address because instead of an statement I took a letter from the bank. They finally got the point and accepted when I asked them why did they needed to know the balance of my account.
Second time even when I call the Wandsworth branch the Wimbledon one answered the phone and took the booking without letting me know that I was dealing with a different branch. When I turned up at Wandsworth they didn't have the car that I have booked minutes ago. They explained me that their phone system transfers the calls to Wimbledon when the call goes unanswered by certain time. Apparently I should have guessed that.
3rd and last, more than 24hrs after I returned the car the deposit wasn't refunded yet (I found out that this was the case when I call chasing the invoice). They explained me that due to the bank holiday, they have not been able to process the contract on time and therefore they didn't refunded my deposit. The line of argument I was given was “well, these things happen”.
They did confirmed that if I have returned the car late they would have charged me for it. The fact that they can't forecast an influx of admin work due to the bank holiday and 1/2 term is something that I have to simply accept.
I just discovered that there is an Enterprise branch in 632 640 Garratt Ln, Earlsfield, London SW17 0NT I'm guessing I will be paying them a visit next time I need a car.
