I swear to god with my word this company have a completely horrible management team and never ever choose to use it!!!As they never admit the guy have damaged my floor and keep calling me to tell me to change the comment ! WOW!

If you choose to use this company! You are going to regret!!!

First, the guy have managed to come to damage the kitchen floor without telling me. When I call to make a complaint, the guy (technician) decided to call me privately to tell me to delete this comment!

Second, they never admit they damaged my floor and the company response “ it is not the problem of the technician” and they keep put the blame on me! What a horrible customer service !

Third, they keep pushing me and “saying offer a compensation” in order for me to change this bad comment to a good one! Can you guys just stop! This is crazy! they despise customers with their ignorance and arrogance when ironically they are the ones who share wrong moral values and the culprits who damaged guests’ properties !

Anyway, I don’t think this company care about any of your carpet! They want the money and that is all.

Google Bad Review 1:  I've used K&V Cleaning several times and had no problems for a while, however, a new cleaner was given to us after our usual cleaner left the company. Unfortunately she stained our new toilet seat by misusing a product. K&V did not take responsibility and claimed it was our fault for purchasing the product. The product is not the issue, K&V stated in an email that they train their cleaners, therefore it must fall on them when a cleaner does not do the job properly.

When a product has a warning about it's use which is not taken into account, mistakes are made and damage can (and did) occur. K&V will not fully compensate me for the damage and I won't be using them again.

Google Bad Review 1:  I called today to book a carpet clean. The man I dealt with was initially helpful and professional, however this soon changed. The signal was quite poor and kept cutting out, meaning we were struggling to hear each other – no one's fault, just one of those things! The call then cut out completely – again no issue here. Rather than ring back immediately I thought it best to wait until I was in an area with better signal and try again then. However only 5 minutes had passed when I received the attached message. Not entirely sure what he's getting at; albeit there were few communication issues, I thought the call itself was relatively uneventful and respectful. I feel quite uncomfortable that he has taken it upon himself to message such nonsense on my personal number. I ask that Magic Carpet Cleaning speak to this employee regarding his behaviour and just how creepy and intrusive it is.

Google Bad Review 1:  In December of 2020, ServiceMaster picked up 4 carpets from us to clean and restore. I am 90% sure they didn't actually clean them. We were moving from RI to CT and wanted the rugs to be cleaned before we moved them and all of our furniture.

I have worked in the cleaning business for most of my life, and I know what carpets look like before and after they are cleaned. We weren't expecting miracles – these were vintage persian styled carpets with stains and wear – but there was absolutely no visible improvement. When a carpet is cleaned, stains are removed or mitigated, the pile gets re-fluffed, and furniture marks either disappear or are likewise mitigated.

Not a single stain was removed. Not a single furniture mark was lessened. The pile was just as flat as when we sent them off. One carpet that had been in the garage and even after multiple vacuum sessions smelled like dust came back… still smelling like dust. I literally could not find any evidence that they had even been cleaned, but of course I didn't think to take pictures beforehand, so there is no way that I can prove it.

Regardless, I will never use ServiceMaster again and recommend that unless they are coming to your house to do the work, that you do not either.

If you are looking to work for this company, do not. (Also, I am convinced the reviews are fake).

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I used Amazing Services on the morning of the 23rd of April for an end of tenancy clean in my flat.
As per the companies terms and conditions I left the flat during the cleaning process. I went to a friends nearby and awaited the phone call I was told I would receive 20 minutes before they were finished so I could come back and check everything was up to standard.
After waiting four and a half hours (estimated clean time was 2-3 hours) I went round to find that they had left.
The general cleaning was good on first impression. Floors were mostly clean (apart from a couple of shoe imprints in the wooden floor from mopping). But on further inspection I found a few things that truly shocked me.
In the bathroom I discovered un-flushed urine sitting in the toilet bowl (which at service cost of £177 I found unacceptable).
I then started to notice that there were items missing from the bathroom.
There was nothing on the companies website OR in the terms and conditions I received via email saying that cleaning products should be removed before the clean or they will be disposed of.
My landlady is in the process of very kindly donating the flat to a Ukrainian family of refugees, so myself and some friends had pulled together a lot of cleaning supplies, tea towels, toilet rolls, soaps etc for the family. These were all tidied away in cupboards that I had already cleaned. I was disgusted to see that this cleaning company managed to dispose of ALL of the kitchen and bathroom supplies that were full and clearly left with intent for the next tenants.
When I let the cleaners in they said nothing about anything being thrown away, otherwise I would have asked them not to do so / taken them out of the property whilst they cleaned.
I tried to call the company numerous times with no answer. I sent an email to Amazing Services and received a phone call two hours later.
Sadly I did not get the name of the man I spoke to but he was very rude and said that that was just their end of tenancy protocol but he failed to tell me where this was written or when I was told about this. He was very unsympathetic about the whole situation and the ten minute phone call left me extremely upset and angry. He did tell me that the missing stuff was probably still in my wheelie bin and that if I wanted it I could go get it..
I paid a lot of money for this service to be done by professionals and was told I wouldn’t be receiving a penny back in compensation…which would only be going back to supplying more necessary items for the future family.
I chose this company because of their great reviews. It’s sad to see that their work does not keep up with their apparent great online image.
I am not the type of person to complain about this type of thing and this is actually my first ever Google review but I am so appalled about how I was treated by Amazing Services that I felt that other people should know what kind of service this company really offers.

Google Bad Review 1:  Cost is much cheaper than most professional cleaning companies, however- I was surprised to see the flat after the end of tenancy cleaning- it looked as if nothing had been done. Carpeting full of dirt, streaks on all the surfaces, no fresh smell. I was surprised how long it took as they have literally done nothing. The receptionist told me that they spent over 4 hours in my 3bed flat. After the inventory clerk visit we had to hire another company to do a full re-clean. Waste of money and time…

Google Bad Review (2):  I spent over £1k on an “after-builder” clean of my house, and £170 on a cleaning of all windows. Generally the after-builder clean was ok, but the cleaning of my windows was abysmal – it was done badly, and in some instances (skylights and window sills), not done AT ALL. This happened because, first, the professionalism of the window cleaner was rubbish, I could have done a better job, but more importantly the window cleaners and the after-builder cleaners were not sure who was responsible for cleaning the skylights and the window sills, so they just refused to do it, and told me to contact the company. Contacting customer care is relatively easy, but communicating with the customer care representatives was close to impossible as English is not their first language. I called the company maybe 30 times over 3 months. Technicians came out to my house 5 times, each refused to do the job, saying the job was the responsibility of someone else. I wasted 4 mornings to wait around in the house for their visits.
Finally 2 months ago, the company agreed to refund me £100, which to the eagle-eyed reader might seem sufficient given a £170 window clean cost, but because the job overlapped the after-builder and window clean jobs, £100 refund is about £200 short.
Anyhow, did I receive the money? you guessed it! I have not received this despite THREE assurances (lies) it would be paid.
I'm ranting I know, but I have never been more frustrated. I have been treated awfully when all I've tried to do is get Star Domestic Cleaners to do the job I've paid for. Like all of us, I am a busy person who does not have time to follow up on people all the time, and I've now wasted hours and hours arguing to no avail. So,

STAR DOMESTIC CLEANERS I GIVE UP, YOU WIN, you can keep my bloody money.

There is lots of choice, please please do not use this company.
