Google Bad Review 1: I called today to book a carpet clean. The man I dealt with was initially helpful and professional, however this soon changed. The signal was quite poor and kept cutting out, meaning we were struggling to hear each other – no one's fault, just one of those things! The call then cut out completely – again no issue here. Rather than ring back immediately I thought it best to wait until I was in an area with better signal and try again then. However only 5 minutes had passed when I received the attached message. Not entirely sure what he's getting at; albeit there were few communication issues, I thought the call itself was relatively uneventful and respectful. I feel quite uncomfortable that he has taken it upon himself to message such nonsense on my personal number. I ask that Magic Carpet Cleaning speak to this employee regarding his behaviour and just how creepy and intrusive it is.

Google Bad Review (2): They did a good job of the clean – but on having a perfectly reasonably dispute over an element of the service fee the way I was spoken to was appaling – abusive, threatening and completely unprofessional. These things count in business and this was a new low in my life experience. I could post photo images as examples.
