Google Bad Review 1:  Very poor customer service and tretrement of thier business customers/clients , they dont want to listen to me , after me being a loyal customer for 3 years at paying nearly four hundred pounds a year for a small sole trader accounts ..they telling me what my business expenses are and should be and what my income was and should be ..they worked out my income slighty wrong and did nt want to change it, after i questioned it..they have lots of juniors working in their office who cant answer simple accountant tax queations.
.Then Rayihana said to me my business expenses was less this year becuase i did not have any Amazon car parts purchase receipt like in previous tax year ..when i challenged her on this issue..she turned around contradicted herself completeely and said all the Amazon expenses have been included in your business expenses this tax year .so anyway now i found another accountant whos said his only going to charge much less than £360 for these same job that tax assistant did for me…remember the bigger the account firm name ..the bigger their price tag ..where atually you can get it cheaper elsewhere for the same job.

Google Bad Review (2):  Made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy right from the get go. Unprofessional lousy and substandard services. Do NOT recommend. Raiyhana needs to go on a few intensive emotional intelligence and empathy courses. Very one dimensional and petty old lady. Will be telling all the locals to avoid this place.
