Google Bad Review 1:  I used Bells book keeping to do my tax returns for many years and I had always been happy, in 2015 I received a rebate for a very large sum, I queried it as I had never received such a huge amount before, I was assured it was correct, a few years later Hmrc asked for a tax inspection for this year, Bells book keeping did not send the information on time so I had a penalty to pay, Joanne told me to pay this and she would sort it! Well she never and 1 year later after numerous letters and penalties I ended up paying a huge bill to stop further penalties, interest and fees, Joanne was not bothered about this at all, the fact is Bells book keeping filed the return so they should of put the correct information through, their error leaving me out of pocket.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had an awful experience with Bells and it is still going on. Can never speak to anyone, always busy and we have to await an appointment with an assistant every time, can never speak to anyone without a booking! Had to resort to posting this to receive a call back. Incredibly disappointed. I was promised support and someone on hand to answer questions when we needed them for an upfront monthly fee. Cannot even come away from them as no one is available. So frustrating.
