Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely the worst. I have been chasing Allistair Bambridge for over a year now to complete the tax return I have already paid for. He doesn’t return calls, and has now stopped answering my emails, instead Anna Heeey their senior marketing manager has contacted me to say despite me already having paid them, that I should take my return elsewhere to have it completed. Shockingly appalling business practices. Absolutely avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2):  Disappointing. Was so quick to respond to my email when I inquired about their services. Alistair emailed me to say that we would be speaking to each other last Friday at 3:30 PM. No call came. I called their office instead and was told that he had left the office. Left a message for him to call me back; however, I also let them know that it would be probably be hard to get a hold of me because I had work to do. I did say that if he leaves me a message, I would call back. He called but left no message. I emailed him asking why he didn't call at the agreed time of 3:30. Did Alistair email me back? NO. I'm glad to have seen this company's true colors and unprofessionalism before financially committing to their services. I do not recommend them.
