You pay a premium price for average facilities.

Google Bad Review (2):  Walls between offices offer no sound insulation. Which is disruptive to work particularly when your neighbours spend more time loudly reminiscing the holidays rather than actually working. Bose quietcomfort headphones should be provided as part of the lease!
