Google Bad Review 1: Aesthetics are ok but customer service is average and the building has a lot of issues – air conditioning and heating routinely fail, fire alarm goes off frequently, hot water system breaks and at least one or two lifts are out of service at any one time meaning long queues during peak periods. You pay a premium price for average facilities.

Google Bad Review (2): Walls between offices offer no sound insulation. Which is disruptive to work particularly when your neighbours spend more time loudly reminiscing the holidays rather than actually working. Bose quietcomfort headphones should be provided as part of the lease!
