Google Bad Review 1:  Appalling service, Mr Monger is both ignorant and rude. This company subcontracts out the work to Goldfish removals. I paid for a “fragile packing service”. I had boxes full of spices where they had been packed carelessly, I had precious items broken, including a Jade Boat that was a memento of a holiday in Hong Kong. My washing machines were broken, a cat flap was broken, heavy items were left in the wrong place, an antique drinks cabinet was broken, sofas broken, light bulbs were missing, screws missing. The removal team left without even so much as a goodbye, I found a box marked “fragile glassware” left in an outhouse in a box with a crow bar.
Mr Monger was provided with a full list of breakages and damage done and to date, nearly a full month after we moved he has yet to even apologise, never mind address my concerns. If you value your property, do NOT USE this company. I am now going to be forced to take my claim through the small claims court to obtain redress.
Further to my original review, Mr Monger continues to be both rude and threatening and to date, some 5 months after the move has done nothing at all about the damage to my belongings whilst in his care. This man has screamed abuse at my solicitor over the phone, has made numerous threats and continues to insist that he is not responsible for damages to belongings in his care.
The case was heard by District Judge Sheldrake sitting at the County Court at Hereford on 24th August. The defendant's counter claim was dismissed – this was in invoice raised to attempt to intimidate me from pursuing damages. The defendant was ordered to pay the defendant (myself) £680.

Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible experience and strongly advise against using this company. Anthony allocated 3 days for the move of a large house – and the movers failed to complete the job in the allocated time, leaving the move unfinished!!! THANKS to Ward Thomas Removals for taking over and completing the job.
Unprofessional and immature crew and poor customer service. Matthew was utterly useless- actually blamed us for delays.
Advising all our friends to stay clear of this company and they are!!!
