Google Bad Review 1:  The customer service is just terrible!!.

Chiropractors are not responsible at all. I went there 3 times, no even touched my back. I showed the chiropractor my MRI. He said leave it with me I will check it. About three months waiting for a feedback. After several phone calls, they asked me to book an appointment. As they called me in the middle of work day, I asked for confirmation email for the after three month waiting appointment. Never received it. As a result I got confused with the date. I got charged £££!!!! I called to check and the answer was. “your email address got changed on our system and we do not why? We are afraid we can't avoid the charges… money, money, money that is the only thing they want from you.
I decided to pick up my MRI and they put a vey difficult schedule to do it.

Be careful with online cheap promotions. This way they got me in. At the end of the process I spent £230!!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE! NOT EVEN TOUCHED MY BACK.

I gave you the MRI password on my last visit for my £200 + blood test I did in your clinic. If there was a miss understanding. Why no one came back to me to explain this after my phone calls? Or you wanted me to pay another £60 to tell me can you tell me the password?

I paid 200 + for a blood test + £50 in your clinic.

Your only concern of your reputation but not concern for the pain I walked in into your clinic.

Disappointed again!

By the way my intention is not to hurt a business or even an individual.

The only one who will remain in pain is myself. Your business will get the best reputation only when you work on this feedbacks. Unfortunately I did not receive this kind of attention while doing this over the phone.

Google Bad Review (2):  Predatory business practice, My symptoms worsened. Charged for shockwave therapy without prior agreement for additional cost – £90, Not given a full refund, but most galling was being made to sit in a massage chair like you would expect to find in an airport for the bulk of my sessions. I’ve joined the growing ranks of chiropractic sceptics.
Hospital has since advised surgical procedure which the chiropractor repeatedly advised AGAINST!
