Google Bad Review 1: Purchased a voucher from Groupon that they advertised.
However when I tried to book they refused to accept the voucher, and did not offer any alternative except for me to contact groupon.

Google Bad Review (2): I decided to go to the clinic for chronic shoulder and neck pain. I got the offer with 2 session for 97£. The first session lasted for about one hour and it was a sort of interview to understand the issue and the second session lasted 15 minutes and I had neck treatment.
The problem I had wasn’t about the treatment in itself but was about the package. There was no way to book single session after the intro offer but I had to book 36 sessions and pay for them within 3 months. It wasn’t mentioned previously even if we had 1 hour session few days before.
I asked for a refund as I would have never decided to get a treatment there if I knew I had to pay 36 sessions in once, but the refund was declined.
For me was a waste of time and money as nothing was mentioned before even though Marien talk a lot with his clients.
Also looking back at the website there was the option to buy single treatments but nothing mentioned about spending about 2300£ in once for 36 treatments.
