Google Bad Review:  Absolute nightmare! I tried to cancel subscription and did everything according to website. They sent reply that someone will contact me within 2 working days, but no one did. I thought it is done. Now, after two months when I cancelled my direct debit, they got back to me saying I need to pay. We I tried to get back to the office they said nothing we can do! No one knows anything. Reception Manager gave the number to call, I called them they said I need to go through them (downham) to cancel! Called down ham, they gave me number again. CATCH 22! Besides, lockers broken or not working, swimming pool dirty, time schedule inaccurate to website (been few times to discover I cannot go swimming because pool fully reserved etc., and can go on and on). Disgraceful! If You are not living next door simply do not bother. Lack of customer service whatsoever. Never ever again.
