Google Bad Review 1:  Club run for profit, not members.
Very poor health and safety

1. Very high staff turnover, generally the staff are pleasant for the short while they are there
2. Management arrogant, won't even keep their promises over £20 googles when membership is c£2500 a year!
3. My wife resuscitated a dying man on the floor of the male changing rooms 18 months ago whilst everyone (incl life guards watched!).
Club yet to even say thank you!
4. Huge list of safety failings discovered during the above episode resulted in…. none being implemented. Frightening when you know too much!
5. Becoming run down, showers and jacoozi working intermittently and club needs a repaint especially again in changing rooms

Google Bad Review 1:  I am writing this review as an anonymous person. Firstly, these people are fake. When I went to get my consultation, from the very beginning on the chair, their was a small PERIOD STAIN. Lauren (one of the employees) just ignored it and then touched my face with the same gloves!! In addition to this, none of the members actually know anything about skin-they just have a qualification to use these machines. Very disappointing. This is very unhygienic and extremely unprofessional. It may seem luxurious and elegant on the outside, but it is very cheap and low class quality that is made to seem aesthetically pleasing. They buy cheap food from Tesco's and serve it on a pretty plate/tea cup. After my first session on my face Lauren said oh my gosh you can already see a difference.” Yes Lauren, of course you can- my face is RED and then she started taking pictures in different lighting as if it had magically improved after my treatment. Logically speaking, this is ridiculous. They do have a lot of influencers in- only to promote them and in return, they get free treatments. A lot of people are fooled by this and their fake smiles. I can't seem to understand why I was continuously being shown pictures of the owner, Shireen- who had a lot of work done herself. Please DO NOT WASTE your money here. You can get better quality and treatment from real people elsewhere. And, you can go to people who genuinely do have knowledge about the skin instead of people who pretend like they do. A very delayed review- but an honest one!

Google Bad Review (2):  My experience with Hannah London was awful!!

To begin with, they forgot about my laser removal appointment so I had reschedule.

second, after having consultation session with Dr. Kaywaan Khanand about TCA peel, he told me that according to my skin condition I only need one session and after 2-3 months I will see the result. Now looking at the before and after pictures of my skin, after four months NO difference!!
When I spoke to Dr. Kaywaan Khan (Director of Hannah) and told him that I'm not happy with the result he got so upset and told me “you questioned my work!! and if you are not happy with our services you should no longer be our client!!! “. He was so rude to me and so unprofessional, I was shocked by his reaction!! In my opinion he is an amateur in the field that unfortunately is not open to negative feedback.
Finally, the cleanliness of the clinic is also questionable as I’ve never seen them changing the towels and sheets after each client!!!!
Checking reviews on Treatwell website found out that some clients have had the same experience as mine. I wish I did more research before choosing this clinic. 🙁

Google Bad Review 1:  I booked the Glass House restaurant for my wife's birthday on Friday 16th March At 6.30pm, the food was terrible, my wife hardly ate anything and described it as the worst carvery imaginable. Of course being her birthday, upset me as I wanted it to be special. I did not want to cause a seen because of her birthday but felt the need to warn others that if it's a special occasion to choose somewhere else or be very disappointed. £162 for a very poor quality carvery isn't what I call fine dining. I'm assuming I will receive a reply from the Grove managements saying how sorry they are that it didn't meet my expectations and they look forward to seeing us again. Please don't bother as this will not make everything ok as you seem to think it will, it will only upset me further. Karl Warren

Google Bad Review 1:  If i could give no stars I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I bought with wowcher and was told to book via email. They barely reply to emails – I sent many and only got 2 very delayed replies which were short and just said any of the days I wanted to do I couldn't unless I paid more money?! Wowcher customer service then got involved and they also ignored them. Terrible and rude service – wowcher should take them down. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. A truly awful experience. I was bought a wowcher for christmas, when I tried calling them there was no answer. I emailed instead, after waiting three days for a response, I got an email stating that none of the days I requested were available ( I gave a load of dates I was available). The only way I would be able to redeem my wowcher was If i purchased a facial too (An extra £40), when I complained about this, I was offered a discount on the facials but I don't want a bloody facial, I just want what's on the wowcher!! It doesn't even make sense, the date I want is either available or it's not, they wont even tell you the dates they have available because it's just a con. They are absolutely horrendous, i'm currently trying to get a refund from wowcher.

Google Bad Review (2):  I can't consider myself a regular but was going occasionally. Due to the fact that it is remote was mainly using a car. Last time I visited with some friends we ended up paying a fine, apparently we had to come to the reception and tell them we have a car and give them the registration number so they can issue some kind of permit. These guys are over their heads. On top of this it was morning time so we were the only clients basically and they saw us parking . Even after we challenged the fine the company ( which was instructed by them) refused to cancel the fine even if we showed them the receipt which proved we were clients. They still insisted we had to go to the hotel reception and ask them to issue us with a permit. What a total nonsense, who would want to go for a pint with such a nonsense. Shame on you, will never visit again.
