Air conditioning not functioning, portable AC very loud and does not cool the room, we cannot sleep well. No refrigerator, safe deposit box does not work, house keeping service very poor… sometimes forget to clean our room.. Does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Having followed up with them this afternoon they have being very unhelpful in keeping us updated on what they are doing about the matter.

If you are looking to buy or rent do not use this company as they are unable to keep your data safe.

Unfortunately had a critically poor experience renting with Hamptons. Despite having moved out 5 months ago I am yet to receive my deposit in full, owing to an administrative error which the liability has been passed onto myself the customer to bear.

Very poor customer care with Hamptons, namely Silvana Borja, no longer responding to communications. Which in all fairness, is probably as helpful as their previous responses.

Prospective tenants and landlords please consider before choosing to use their services.
