Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible experience here. Very unprofessional and rude doctor. Had Botox. Left with lots of bruises. Saw zero improvement after 2 weeks so went back for a top up. Was treated like a criminal. Doctor uninterested and even ruder than before and appointment freaquently interrupted by receptionist bursting in the room and distracting the doctor while he had a needle in my face. I am very disappointed with not only the bad service and experience but also the lack of results. I wonder if the product they used is even real as in the past at other clinics I have had great results with Botox.

Visit here at your own risk. Much better places for the same price in london.

Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid! Money Grabbing!

I came to this client over 3 years ago to have my Botox done. The doctor (at the time) did an outstanding job. I came back to this clinic hoping to having the same treatment.

I arrived, they couldn’t find my details on the system…
I came to have botox under my eyes. I have been having Botox for over 10 years, people whom are regular to this treatment, know the 3 areas in the upper face are as follows: forehead, in between the eyebrows & around the eyes.

I asked for my eyes to be done and explained I wanted my crows feet and under eyes injected (which is the same muscle around the whole eye) I was then told I’d be charged for two areas! This I have never heard of in my life… I was then met by the rude receptionist, I was told by her – the previous doctor did both areas as a “goodwill gesture” in my last visit? Please tell me a doctor that gives free, licensed botox?! Lol! I was then sarcastically told (by the receptionist) “you’re studying cosmetic so; you should know the eye and tear trough are two different areas”. Yes dear when you’re administering fillers not botox.

The Dr then showed me a facial muscle chart which then settled my dispute… It’s the same muscle around the eye! I questioned this, to then an unprofessional doctor asking me to find another clinic, cause I “clearly wasn’t happy with the prices” and stormed out of the room.

I happy to pay for my botox, not be scammed out of paying for two areas when it’s clearly one area! And feed a bunch of bull about my previous doctor giving me “good will gestures” of free botox!

I personally would avoid this clinic, as they are just trying to scam money out of people. I luckily have a little knowledge and it didn’t work on me.
