Google Bad Review (2):  The removers themselves were excellent and hard-working and did a good job. The admin staff were disorganised, did not listen to what was required, and didn't check as they should have done that there might be access issues at the new property and wanted to charge us double the fee of the Hull branch actually carrying out the work. Also look at the insurance they offer. We had to make a small claim and the excess was so ridiculous it make the insurance payout a joke. I had to deal with the Hull branch to ensure our removal went smoothly because lost all faith in those involved in the London leg of our move.
