Google Bad Review 1:  Rude and patronising.
Their removal van was blocking street access to my house. They kept insisting that my car would fit through — you can judge for yourself from the photo. I asked them several times if they could move their van back slightly, and was told no. One of the removal men kept trying to direct me to drive my car through and then wanted to drive my car through himself. Obviously I would not trust him to drive my car and he isn't insured to drive it. I felt this was somehow suggesting that it was my driving, not the tiny space, that was at fault.

Only after several requests and refusals, and my taking my phone out to photograph their van, did they reluctantly move the van. It only took a few seconds: it turns out it was an easy request — so why did they have to be so unpleasant?

Google Bad Review (2):  Happy2Move are dishonest and not to be trusted.

We asked for five removal men to help move a table into a privately-hired van (sourced via a separate company).

Happy2Move then tried to charge us £600 for this – by duping us into signing on an old quote.

When we reminded them that we'd only used five men for 15 minutes, they refused to alter.

Happy to Move claim they will ‘help you to keep the cost of moving to a minimum, charging only by the hour.'

This is obviously a blatant lie.

I would strongly advise that you do NOT trust this business.
