Google Bad Review 1:  Vehicle broke down and they pretty much slept in it. They broke 2 sofas and smashed a mirror and the company said they would claim. 1 month later I'm told they want 300 to claim and all the same info I supplied again. Embarrassingly unprofessional company, unless you want van to turn up on wrong date, brake down and all your belongings broken- avoid like the plague.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was very disappointed by the service on the day but was offered a partial refund by the company as compensation. They were keen to make amends.

However, they tried to force me to improve my original google review by suggesting they’d only refund me if I took down my original one star review. This detailed how rude the movers were, how they tried to slow down the move to be able to charge us extra, how they refused to unload the van unless we paid extra in cash, and how they expected my husband to help.

When I unpacked I also discovered that they had ‘packed’ my jewellery by just tipping it into a box.

EDIT: they have since repeatedly put pressure on me to remove this review, saying that they wouldn’t honour their promised refund unless I did even though this is a breach of Google’s rules. They are now suggesting I should return the refund because I have left an honest review of their poor service.
