Google Bad Review 1:  Ridiculous, unprofessional people. Without a doubt 99% of these reviews are fake. Generic, grammatically incorrect review responses from the ‘owner’ who is called John Brown but clearly using a fake alias. Person leading the job who was the ‘owner’ was abusive and simply wanted to extort money after putting all items into van. Company is not registered (did not want to provide any documentation or VAT number despite charging VAT), no insurance, wouldn’t be surprised if they’re tax avoiding scums. I’ve made a report to the HMRC and advised to also report to police (not sure if worth the hassle) however may take legal action to claim back money.

Google Bad Review (2):  Contacted them thru Whattsapp for a move. First they wouldn’t give me a direct quote. Asked me where I’m from bc of my American accent they quoted me an insane price.
I needed someone ASAP so I told him If I don’t hear from him I will have to go with someone else.
Then he started spewing all these condescending/offensive messages saying that were really inappropriate. Never in my life had I had such unprofessional service.

I made a post about this on London Sublets/moving group with a screenshot of the text but somehow they had removed it. I was looking to sublet so came across the post again. But the original post with comments is still up.

Not sure how this place has all five star reviews. That def wasn’t my experience. Also they had deleted all the Whattsapp conversation so maybe someone had done damage control over what was a volatile employee. But I’d take caution with this business.

This was December of 2020.
