Google Bad Review 1: They visited my property and looked around everywhere including the loft. I was given a quote which was reasonable and I accepted it. The day they on which we had to move they turned up and said there was too much to do for the price quoted and they would have to charge me another £700! After many hearted debates he lowered it to £500 and told me I was getting a good deal. He said the person who visited and quoted made a mistake. In the price they are supposed to disassemble and reassemble the other side but they just left our wardrobes to be put together. They were also supposed to pack (which they did) and unpack the other side (which they didn’t) as they said it’s too late now. I was gutted, disappointed and angry. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I had to make the final payment at the end once they moved us and they refused to start unpacking until I’d paid and there were 4 of them and 1 of me. I would seriously recommend not using them but if you do then best of luck!

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible experience. One of the removal guys could not even speak English. Boxes labelled with fragile were being roughly handled. I paid for two guys to move my belongings, but one guy was doing most of the work, whilst the other guy was on his mobile constantly. Seeing this I started moving boxes myself as it was taking too long. They even charged me £75 more than what they quoted on the day they arrived. They were looking for ways to make extra money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The other 5 star reviews must be FAKE, especially Amir Ayaz who has the same name as the driver who moved my goods! You have been warned.
