Google Bad Review 1: I had a UK to Belgium relocation recently. Hired two LUTON trucks from AFS Removals Ltd. and and paid them also for the drivers-helpers a huge extra charge. The total was £3000. The drivers, because of the deliberately poor handling, carrying of my belongings caused significant damages to my carefully packed boxes, caused harm to the furniture (including delicate ones) some pieces were totally destroyed. No kidding.
This company hires cheap, unprofessional workers (possibly untrained) that are not taking any responsibility after their services are fully paid.
Even if you decide to hire AFS Movers Ltd. never pay them before the your property unloading completed and condition is checked.
Claiming back the damage-compensation is challenging and so far no result at all.

Google Bad Review (2): As stated in the email and via text from john but then called him self ali, stating it would be 252 and then loaded my things on to the van then tried to say 650 to go to birmingham when we already agreed on a number of occasions that it would be the same price and i agrreed to the contract of them to complete this but then he was being aggressive to me and my husband the driver even agreed he was in the wrong and he was stuck in the middle he then called the police and the police even laughed and said he was in the wrong and i will be taking this further as he wasted my time i had to take time off work and drive all the way here on false pretences then this john or ali who ever he wants to call him self still texts my phone abusing me, they have ripped my sofa and broke my babys push chair they tried to scam me out of pocket but failed to do so i would hate for this to happen to anyone else hense why i wrote this to let people know not to use this fake company
