Google Bad Review 1:  I actually did a tour in Hopes and Dreams couple of mothe ago for my baby. The lady who took us around was lovely. But as I was waiting outside to be taken in, I saw the lady sat in the office by the window was talking so rudely and an intimidating way to another staff. When I walked in I saw this lady's picture on the board and realised it is the Manager. Seconds I walked out I told my partner that I won't be leaving my baby in place where the Manager itself is so unprofessional and how can trust the care from the staff. But now we are happy in a different setting ðŸ™?ðŸ?½

Google Bad Review (2):  An average nursery at a premium fee. The practitioners are nothing short of amazing and there are almost only good experiences in regards to the care. Especially Shooting Stars did a tremendous job. Can't emphasise enough that this average rating has nothing to do with the actual care of our child.

However the administration and leadership under Mikki comes across as sloppy and arrogant when it came to inclusion/communication. We ended up leaving after several disappointing encounters with Mikki and her administration.

Google Good Review:  The staff has done a tremendous job creating memories for the children. They are the key to what makes this nursery so special. My daughter still regularly ask for Agnies, one year after leaving the nursery! Agnies is outstanding, she brings energy and enthusiasm to the room and the children adore her!
