Google Bad Review:  First of all we would like to mention that staff taking care of the children are great and try their very best. We do want to be clear on that.

However, we strongly advice everybody to stay away from this nursery. There is no way to come in direct contact with management, so whenever you feel an issue needs to be discussed, your location manager will forward an email to head office and he/she will copy something back. You can never contact head office or senior management directly and are refused communication.

In our situation we wanted to enquire about the notice period but the entire nursery was furloughed during the corona outbreak meaning no staff could communicate. This was also clearly mentioned in an email (send 20 April). Since we did not know how to give notice or how to get our deposit back we send an email as soon as nurseries opened. However, as a result we were forced into a two month notice period as we should have given notice when the nursery was closed even though nobody could be contacted and the outcome would be the same. We are trying to resolve that ever since but head office denies any request to contact us over the phone. Any issue raised will be discussed by management on 1 moment a week and at one point we even had to wait for 2 weeks to get any response. We have phoned, emailed and written the nursery with continues refusal to provide direct contact details for management or a direct call to discuss the issue directly. We have notified the nursery from the first moment in writing that we are in the middle of an international move and would not be able to be contacted on our current email adres and phone number. Since nursery has not requested any updated contact information or has not provide us with a number to contact head office ourselves we are now unable to contact nursery about the refused refund of our deposit.

Greenwich has many great Nurseries. We would strongly suggest considering any alternative to little elms.
