Google Bad Review 1:  Just called for a quote for someone to service my pool, jumped up lady on phone clearly not interested in ‘littler' jobs and when I asked if any of there team may be able to do private work reply was ‘ They better not!!' When we move to our house with a road full of pools I won't be contacting these guys!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Falcon Pools came and serviced my pool boiler at the end of April. August came and the pool boiler service light came on. I called Falcon Pools and asked them to come and fix it. They explained it's normal for pool boilers to need multiple services during the year. They said they'd come and turn off the service light for a minimum charge of £66+VAT. Obviously I wasn't happy about the charge, but what choice did I have? They said they'd call me back to arrange the appointment. I emailed as a reminder. It's now September…
