Google Bad Review 1:  Very disappointed and don’t recommend. Spent $10,000 to repair and remodel my pool, I will have to spend another $10,000 to correct all the errors. Left pool in worst condition than before storm. Contacted them several times to fix the issue they refuse to fix it. This will get legal.

Google Bad Review (2):  I really hate leaving bad reviews but Al has left me no choice. Al seems like a nice person, knows how to kiss tail with a “yes ma'am/sir” and a “God bless” here and there but under that he is very unorganized and doesn't really care about the job done right. He uses third party vendors and then charges 3x what they charge the actual customer. I know because one of them offered the same work they would do thru Al for 3x less than what Al quoted for the same work, and they would be doing it no matter which person I paid. When speaking with him he gave me the run down of the schedule and I planned accordingly, however, all his workers showed up on a Saturday morning at 7am with no prior warning and began resurfacing our pool. This was supposed to be done on Monday when my husband was home. When brought to Al's attention he blamed me for misunderstanding. Then his “workers” used a screw driver to pry open the pool filter which stripped the seal and created a leak. I told Al multiple times there was leaking and he acted too busy to deal with it since the pool resurface was done and he was ready to move on. I ended up getting Texsun Pools to come out and finally fix my pool filter and ph that Al refused to fix after the pool resurface was done. We paid Al for everything pool related to get fixed but he focused on the resurface. He even argued about having to fix something that was itemized on our contract we paid. At the end of it all, I paid another company to finish the job he refused to do and sent the bill to Al, which he said he would reimburse us for. First he said it was in the mail then he said he would drop it off. It has been almost 2.5 months and I still have received a reimbursement check.
