I don't normally leave a review on Googles but for others' sake, I am compelled to leave this review.

Steve was pleasant to talk to on the phone initially and agreed to take and dispose my sofas (one arem chair and a two seater sofa) with additional £30 on top of my upright piano removal with £135.

But upon his arrival this afternoon, he complained to me that the sofas were bigger than he thought a two seater sofa size would be. Then he moved on to blame me that I added an arm chair after he agreed to move just the two seater sofa with that £30 when in fact, he all agreed to it during yesterday's phone conversation. He even mentioned to me that he was told by somebody £30 was too cheap. He told me that he would just take piano leaving the sofas, knowing that my replacement sofa was coming in soon. I told him that if I had known that he would not be able to take the sofas as well as the piano, I would have gone for another company. Then I was about to negotiate just the piano disposal price as I would have to pay more to remove the sofas with that short notice to Any van company who was coming with my replacement sofa. But he and his female colleague stormed out without taking neither the piano nor the sofa, leaving me in a very awkward situation. He and his colleague were rude to me when leaving, not apologetic at all.

Steve was also about 20 mins late to artive but told me that the agreed time was at 16:30 when it was 16:15 which is evidenced on his confirmation text.

That is all confirmed.

Steve and his colleague were so irresponsible and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company at all, but rather advise you to avoid them.

I guess the other review with a 5star was done by himself 2 years ago. The owner of London Piano Removal's name is Steve Deane whom I am referring to and the reviewer's name is Stephen Deane. lol!

This is the response I've got from Steve after my review and I feel threatened by him.

Mrs Choowha Jung you are misleading disgraceful excuse of a customer. You might think you can bully people but not me. I saw your unfair review given as a result of your conning and misleading information. Well done that will cost me £100's.
But I have also been finding out more about you.
Not the first time is it with you.
I am prepared to summons you for this.
I will as well after I get the full information on you.
